Lockdown victim!

Im so dissapointed in Debt busters customer service. I cancelled my life policy on my debt busters account. As they were unable to assist me while we are going through a national lock down. Therefore I requested to cancel the life / insurance policy. I confirmed with debt busters that the policy has been canceled and requested a reduced installment amount (because insurance was cancelled). |I received confirmation from Debt busters that policy has been cancelled. I then received my monthly sms to notify me that my debit order will go off on the 1st of my with my NORMAL debit order amount. I the immediately requested debt busters to look into this and confirm my new debit order amount, I've send numerous emails and call back request for debt busters to get back to me with regards to this. Without success!!!! I know have a unpaid premium and bank fees charged, because of insufficient funds !! I need Debt busters to sort this PROBLEM out ASAP. And confirm the new premium amount to be paid, so that I can make a payment to them!
