Lazy and unhelpful

I had a simple query. Please have my March rehabilitation payment be debited from my Nedbank account as per usual and have my April rehabilitation payment be debited from my TymeBank account from then on. I sent in a copy of my new banking details as well as the new debit order form, yet I was requested to send it again after after March's deduction. I don't have time to liaise with Debt Busters all day, just make a note that I have changed my banking details and process it after March's rehabilitation payment has been debited from Nedbank. I'm not asking for the whole world to come to an end.
