I called and did not get any clarity, until she made contact with me, took her time, was very patient with even through the frustration in our conversation. Thereafter we communicated via e-mail for further clarity. I must say, I respect her client services skills. Her detailed responses and her professionalism are out of the world. I have been unhappy for the past 2 weeks due to this query, even after I took out my frustrations on her, at no point did she stoop to my level. With that said, I would like to sincerely apologize for if I ever came across as a mean client to you, it was never my intention, I was honestly frustrated and felt unsupported. However you changed my mind about Debt Busters, you have certainly regained my trust in your company, and it's all thanks to you.
