Lack of assistance to re instate services
I had missed out a few payments and contacted debt busters informing them that going forward I will pay my current installment and an additional R800 to cover my missed payments. I further stated that i was willing to sign an agreement stating this and will not miss anymore payments as the increase i received at work the momey wid go towards the missed installment. I was given thr run around and told i must now liaise with my creditors. yet i asked for assistance via them and amnwilling to make up for the missed payments. to date the matter hasnt been resoloved with no assistance from them
