Issues needs to be sorted out

I've been paying on time every month on time, but now my credit score shows that my one creditor hasn't been paid for 6 months. one positive thing is when you eventually get through the person is very helpful. all i ask is that this issue be sorted out as it's affecting my credit score. also their dash board hasn't updated in two months. please sort out.
