Issue resolved!
<p>I was very worried when I received a letter from one of my credit providers when I shouldn't have and I was worried that this was going to take a lot of time and stress to sort out. But luckily, thanks to the client services team on my case this issue was resolved in a few days. I am so relieved. Thank you</p>
