Internal Miscommunication got me here

At the beginning of the lock down I had sent a letter from my employer to debt busters stating that we wont be paid a full salary and that the UIF is taking over. A 17.3 form was sent to me and apparently my creditors which in-fact was not true. I received notices from my credit providers that my accounts were in arrears and no 17.3 form was received. They smoothened things with my other credit provider when it was not the same with MFC. They have been threating to repossess the car should the amount in arrears not be paid. I instructed them to speak to debt busters and not me but they kept hounding. MFC claims that they have terminated the debt review account with debt busters and i am responsible for my payments. Yet after I got my job back Hyphen PDA still debits the full rehab amount. Am I paying a full service fee for the distribution of something can do myself?
