Interaction with Zahraa Adams
I was confused seeing that Capitec Bank does show available balance even if you are under debt review and I called on Monday to ask for clarity and they told me to write an email explaining the situation and the response was that it will take about 7 working days but it was resolved within 2 days yesterday I got a call from Zahraa Adams and she was very helpful and explained the situation briefly and I understood everything she was saying I love everything about debt busters they are very friendly and helpful staff.
