Inconsistent answers about the removal of debt review status!
I've sent my paid up letters. Their website shows that I've paid 100% of my debt with them. On my name, I'm left with a life insurance premium, which was cancelled last year already. They only sent an email to to the credit bureau for it to be removed YESTERDAY! I was asked again to send paid up letters!! I'm mentally exhausted with these people!
