*********** staff and nuisance missed calls

Each time i try to call them, it is almost impossible to have reasonable closure. They will take you from one department to another without anyone reaching closure or they will just dump you for something that isn't difficult to deal with. It's mainly evident that they don't know how to deal with simple cases.

They will bombard you with dozens of automated missed calls from sunrise to sunset consecutively for days after they have failed to deal with your request. It is annoying.

I requested, in October 2021, as i was promised since i started dealing with them, to call them and notify them first should i intend to settle my debts so that they can negotiate for discounts on settlement. THIS HAS NEVER MATERIALIZED.

I have settled other accounts gradually including a home loan. Trying to get hold of them is sometimes a pain. Now they still send money to a cancelled account. I just informed them on the 7th but i was dumped without closure or a way forward. I've recorded 4 Outgoing calls that i made to them, 5 of 2 seconds Missed calls from them, Received 7 dropped automated calls from them I rejected 1 of those automated calls which happened to be the last one yesterday.

I've had this issue of nuisance calls for over 2 years each time i try to deal with them even for simple update requests.
