*********** debt review

Actually I did not want to give any stars. But unfortunately I had to. This company is *********** of assisting their clients. I requested a call back in 11 different emails, but to no avail. Absolutely no response. They are quick to take your money but not able to contact their clients when requested. Question is not answered. But tickets are marked as resolved. After 5 and a half years and a few of the places paid up, but does not receive any paid up letter. According to one company I am 1 year behind on my payments, but I pay debt review every month. When I phone, I have to hold the line for more than 30 min. Then the line gets cut off. Or they say they will put me through to the person I need to talk to, then the line cuts. And no one will take the time to phone back. I requested a transfere 4 times already, they absolutely refuse to assist with the request.
