After requesting a statement for TWO months, I finally get it but because no-one at this company is competent enough to make sure that all accounts are up to date, I now have to be under debt review for 2 months longer than expected. Debt Busters failed - ONCE AGAIN - to make payment on an account so now I am being punished. I REALLY DON'T SEE WHY THIS IS FAIR ON ME AS IT IS NOT FOR ME TO KEEP INFORMING THEM OF ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PAID BY THEM. They don't update their balances on their system unless you request it, and even then it's incorrect. I CANNOT KEEP BEING HELD HOSTAGE BECAUSE THEY ARE USELESS. DON'T EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THEM FOR DEBT REVIEW SERVICES... IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!
