Good day, On Wednesday 25/11/2020 I signed up with DebtBusters and the lady that assisted me was Sinazo Madolo. She explained everything to me and how it will work, sent the link to activate my account on Smartcents.co.za. I then informed her that my creditors will be taking the money now because that is the date for my debit orders. She then said it fine it will be form December 2020. I also said to her that i cannot change my Bank because i have other debit orders going off my account, she said that's fine. I then received an email from her and some of my details where incorrect. I sent her the emails back with my correct details and have heard nothing from her. I then sent her another email on Thursday to confirm the payment start date and still no reply from her. Looks like they just want to sign you up but don't take the correct information.
