At first I lost faith in Debtbusters with some lack of communication and direct contact with clients. I felt like your organisation deals with peoples financial well being and still there should be some improvement on your process with regards to contacting clients.However the staff member Amanda Ntisana has been nothing short of amazing since she intervened and resolved my queries. She took ownership of the query and provided all the requested information and went over and above what is expected of her. Being so close to resolving the settlement she as assisted in a personal manner and not just from a business perspective.
