I went into signed agreement with debt busters to help pay my debt

I went into signed agreement with debt busters to help pay my debt. Fast track forward they did not pay my debitors accordingly and my home loan went into arrears until they were sending me collextioms letters. I emailed debt busters, called them even wrote a review here. No joy whatsoever they told me in a nutshell i have to pay arrears not them. I since told them i don't want any dealings with them. Im going to pay off my debt myself. They now send me letter stating i wasn't willing or did not want to work with them. Do i have a leg legally to take these people to small claims court. They did not fulfill they side of contract at all.
