I was under the impression that DebtBusters "HELPED"

Bebtbuster the Company that will "HELP" you. I'm sorry that I fell for that lie. If anything DebtBusters has made my financial status worse. The service is terrible and NOBODY, I mean NOBODY can help you or give you a straight answer, the faster they can get you off the phone the better. For the past couple of months they have given me the run around for their own amu*****t. Turns out all the effort I put in was for nothing. I personally would NOT recommend DebtBusters to anybody. its sad how they lure you in with the promise to help and when you onboard you get forgotten about.

I would be much better off trying to make my own payment arrangements directly to creditors. DebtBusters does not provide a service, they do not look after your best interests and they do not give you guidance nor are they helpful in anyway.

they do not reply to phone calls or emails but they they will keep in contact just enough to give you the illusion that everything is under control when its clearly not.

There is so much more that i would like to say but I'm not going to waste anymore time on DebtBusters. as soon as I can, I'm terminating my contract and will never look back.

I'm sorry but my faith and trust in DebtBusters is non-existent.

PS: The only reason I have rated DebtBusters 1 star is because without doing that, I wouldn't be able to write this message.
