I want my clearance certificate

I cancelled my debt review with Debt Busters in 2016, I was told that they will cancel it but will not be removed from my profile until I have paid up all my debt. Last year in November I settled my accounts then on the 18th February 2020 I sent all the paid up letters and mentioned that other accounts were prescribed.

Now they telling me to get confirmation letters that the accounts were prescribed. My question is where am I going to get those letters when the credit providers can't pick up anything from their system under my name nor my ID number. All I see is that they don't want to issue my clearance certificate and I've cancelled their service years back already

I need to get my clearance certificate, they don't want to issue it.
