I phone and had to hold the line for 7 min, I dropped the call and phoned again, the second time I phoned the operator picked up and was so friendly and helpful
I phone and had to hold the line for 7 min, I dropped the call and phoned again, the second time I phoned the operator picked up and was so friendly and helpful. Was understanding and logged a ticked while on the call, got the mail for the ticked and all was settled in 2min. No fuzz of drama👍🏼
