I need this Debt Review cancelled immediately. I have never agreed to this.

Ever since i have requested the a quotation in 2016 i'm stuck with with this Debt Review thing on my Credit report. I have sent in numerous mails and messages to them informing them about this. The consultant that helped me ******* me by telling me that i need to fill in some documentation in order him to be able to give a quotation, Ever since that day i made it clear to him that i'm not accepting anything and i'm not agreeing to anything. To my surprise i received that debt order notification alerting me that Debtbusters Just debited my account. I called in the same day only to be told that my quotation has been activated. I immediately cancelled the debit order and reversed it. Now my life has been affected very negatively and i can not do anything. For Six years fighting with Debtbusters to cancel this nonsense.
