I need assistance

Have had a horrible experience with these people!!!! They made all sorts off promises to me but when it came to where I want to cancel it was a problem and now they don't respond to my emails. They promised me that it will only reflect on my name 3 months after cancellation then after joining I hear a different story. I requested a recording of my 1st conversation and Gerald Manomano was going to get it from the supervisor. I'm sure they listened to it and ever since I've been ignored. I've emailed and called numerous times to no avail. Where can I report them. I need to clear my name.
