I just want help

I feel so defeated..I really had trust in this company,they handled everything so smoothly but now that I'm done I just feel like hanging myself...I just want to be cleared with all debt but it's such a drag.... So I want a clearance letter and I was told by 2 consultants I should contact all my credit providers myself and ask for a paid up letter. I have called each company 3 times and in all occasions the said they can't provide me with a paid up letter because Debtbusters is dealing with it and I can only get it from them...I'm going back and forth I've spent over R200 worth of airtime just to be cleared but it's not happening...I still dont understand why I must do the calling when Debtbusters promised me they will do everything when I signed up...in all honesty I'm defeated
