I am very disappointed to experience such

Good day my name is mathemeng matsimela, 2016 got into debt review with debt bastors, and all was well until they sent me the paid up letters that I am done paying the debt, I then called to find out if I got to pay all of them, they confirmed with all the paid up letters of all the accounts I was paying through them, I was saddened to later find out that I was still owing ABSA, when I called, they confirmed I'm still owing them, which is now a confusion because it's impossible to get paid up letters of accounts that aren't paid up, I then called all the providers I used to owe, all of them were paid up but ABSA.

Please assist as I find this inappropriate and misleading.
