Horrible service from a consultant

<div>I am not happy with the service received. I have been requesting for my clearance certificate and the consultant +++++ is wasting my dam time. I have spoken to her today repeating myself, she chooses to email me rather than call me. What am I paying service fees for? I would like for management to contact me to finalize this and I will provide further info. This is really sad !&nbsp;</div>
