Horrible service after clearance.

Received my clearance certificate on the 28th of Aug as all our was paid off in full, was notified that all credit bureaus and banks has 21 working days to update my Credit record. We are on the 8th of October and I had to find out from NCR and The Credit Bureaus that they have received the clearance certificate but are unable to update my name as DEBTBUSTERS has until today not once made DHS update!!!! The service I have received from Debtbusters from the moment I mentioned I want to pay up all my debt, has been absolutely pathetic and poor!! I have only come across 1 or 2 consultants that really came across with a positive helping attitude.

I have heard so many things from a NCR Consultant in regards of how the process works to get my name cleared, none of which debtbusters has informed me about. I honestly do hope people read all the negative reports on debtbusters that their eyes open up very wide and stay away from them, maybe all debt counselors are the same, but I know for a fact that if debtbusters informed and advised me about the whole process around the name clearance, everything wouldn've been resolved and solved by now!!! And watch the response I'll get from Debtbusters after this complaint, as logging queries on a daily basis gives no response whatsoever.
