Horrible Service!!!
Worts aftersales service EVER!!!!! When they want your money they are able to contact you EVERY DAY!!!! After they took your money and you experience problems you have to submit a claim or wait a month to receive feedback!!!!
We have settled most of our accounts on the 14th of July 2020!! They promised me to supply me with paid up letters AND they will investigate to determine if we could qualify for a clearance certificate... We would have received feedback on the clearance certificare within 5 to 10 business days! Its been more than a month now AND they took their debit order AGAIN... STILL NO FEEDBACK and we also have not even received all of our paid up letters??????
The lady that helped me with the settlement (Ellen Chokuda) did not mention ANYTHING about money that will go to them... They took 30% of the money that we "saved!!!" She phoned me to tell me that there was an amount of R2000+ left of the money that we paid and that she would pay it on one of our other accounts... They did not pay ANYTHING towords that account, as promised and NO ONE can tell me where that money is now.... They just ignore that question!!! I know for a fact that ANY company should give you a settlement amount l, that excludes interest.... If you have a loan over 5 years, you cant pay all that interest, they have to recalculate the amount owing and it will be lower!!! They make you feel as if they are doing you a favor by negotiating on your behalf and they tell you that you are not allowed to pay your own settlements... All because they want your money, not because they care!!!! I could have done all of this and still have more than R4000 left to pay on my remaining accounts!
I DEFINITELY will not reccomend ANYONE to go under debt review!!! Work out your own payment plan, accor**** to what you can afford and try to make your own arrangements. These people just want your money!!!! M We are so upset and disgusted about the service and this is the second company we have used... The service is bad EVERYWHERE! They are just after money and dont care about the people!

Sumaya Dawood contacted me... She could not assist and was not helpful in answering any of my questions... Apparently she transferred the query to another consultant and we still have not received any feedback!
Yesterday, Capitec informed us that they will not be able to provide us with a paid up letter, because the settlement amount paid was not enough???
Our debit order was taken the day after we settled all our accounts, therefore all our creditors received their installments, after we have settled... We want to know what's going to happen with our money???? We cannot wait more than a month for paid up letters from our creditors and we are no longer over indebted, so we need the 17.W form as well as a court order that states that we are no longer over ondebted!!!!
We dont want to do business with you or any other debt counsellor ever again!!!
If I do not receive feedback today, I will be contacting the FAIS Ombudsman and the NCR,as this is really rediculous!!!!
