Horrible service
I've been trying to get my balance, so that I can settle my account with them since Monday the 21st of Feb, literally a whole week has gone and no one is able to assist me with it. Apparently my account is with a consultant known as Msizi and this person has been taking forever to get back to me. I am constantly when I call and ask for him or anyone to assist with regards to that, that they are busy and they will get back to me no matter how much I try to sensitize them that this is an urgent matter. Come on man! The service is more than ridiculous. This review is directed to their settlements department.
