Horrible horrible service

So my Husband decided to sign up with debit basters due to us not being able to afford to buy groceries every month but all our accounts were being paid and never missed, anyway we signed up with debit basters and was advised that the amount of R17 500 will be collected every month which was great news, the 1st month which was May (last month) my accounts that was supposed to be canceled debited and I notifyed debit basters, they said they will sort it out but never did now the 2nd month again same thing, and the collection department has the dam oddasity to tell me I missed payments for 2 months and I need to pay R5000 now. My accounts are not being paid now because of this mess that debt busters is doing. I am in a worse off position. I need this to be rectified ASAP because we did not sign up for this horrible service, you keep sending emails and no one responds or calls to sort out the mess they have made
