Horrible Experience !

What a horrible experience with debt Busters, I've been trying to clear my name since April and I've sent them all the paid-up letters but every time each consultant calls to request the already sent paid up letters and they even refuse to listen when you tell them that you have been sending them these paid-up letters, and I've been doing this since April but still my name hasn't been cleared
