Horrible communication

After many many months after debt was paid up, they just do not get back to you via email, when they call the phone does not ever ring once fully before they dosconnect(everytime) and no further attempts of contact is made by them. Debt has been paid up since March, still not all paid up letters received, name and credit score stil in red(bad) . Still waiting after the last email i sent 19 august, the automated email said they will get back within 7 working days and nothing, however you will get a "issue resolved please rate our service" email. Will not recomend them from a communication standpoint
