Honeymoon Over so Soon!

<p>I'm currently over indebted and this is very stressful. I made the decision to go under debt review and chose Dustbusters. The service and communication was excellent up until I submitted the signed contract and docs. Since than all my follow up queries are met with a deafening silence. I am panicking now because this will be the first month of the debit order going off my account and no one has re-assured me that my creditors have been notified. All I'm asking for is process going forward. And I thought this process will lead to some sleep at night!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Should I pay for my car just this month while I wait for the advisor to make time for me? If I don't pay and incurr arears and my creditors subsequesntly decline the offer then what. Honestly, giving me feedback will not only be good service, it will be kindness.</p> <p> </p>
