HELPS WHEN THE CORRECT PERSON TAKES OVER YOUR ACCOUNT
The only reason i am changing my rating is cause of the Team leader Rudo taking over my case and making it right. The way it should have been from day one. Rudo did everything to fix the mistakes of the "negotiator" we were originally assigned too.
