Helped cease deductions because of unexpected expenses
Asked for help on the 9th regarding advice on how to tackle my unexpected expense, suggested they can cease payment for a month then I'll continue the following month,, everything got approved on the 11th. Very considerate and they understand we all human at the end of the day and things happen. Very much thanks!
