HELP THAT TURNED TO HELL

I put myself under review because I wanted to save cost. I had two loans that I had taken out and wanted to save on them. Both these loans were R3600 so I thought maybe I could get them down to like R2000. I think I went on Clear score or something looking for the perfect debt review. Debt buster had the cheaper instalment rather that national debt something. The instalment was R2250 okay great cool. The loans were from FNB and Capitec debt busters was supposed to start debiting Feb 2023. Come feb Debt buster debit and FNB debits ... Okay now Im like surprised how now. I call FNB and Im like I have debt review you guys were not supposed to debit this month they say debt busters hasnt send them to cancel the debit order. I contact the guy I started with from the beginning Raees Nohaba that Hey FNB has debited and they said you havent sent the debit order stop. I sent him an email 25 Feb 2023. He responds 27th Feb saying he has escalated it. 3 March I email Raees again so he can give a follow up, no response, I also call I ask the guy to have him atleast respond to my emails hau nothing still. I think I email and call every week to ask for update. Come 25March 2023 FNB debits again ... Like Im already having financial troubles this just adds even more. I cried like cried because now I am broke every month 4000 is being taken from my account how and why. Again I call fnb and they say they havent received the debit order cancellation I tell the lady I also sent that thing so saying you havent received it is BS. Debt buster hasnt assisted me in getting refunds and FNB refuses to refund me my money. I cant even reverse these debit orders. Whats the point of partnering these two if thay cant help me and will make my life miserable. I called monday to ask for Refund from FNB and they said it would take 48 Hours. I am still waiting and no response or update from either enterprise. If this is not sorted by Friday 16:00 I am moving to another bank and finding a different review company.
