Gross incompetence.
On the 4th of April, 2023, I was assigned an "expert", Simamkele Gcora, who has made my situation even worse. My bank account remains frozen, I have yet to receive my payment schedule and this "expert" never rep**** my emails and does not engage with clients on Fridays for some reason. In the meantime, my creditors are shouting at me, the pretend-an-expert, Simamkele Gcora, simply doesn't care about my situation. He has left me hanging dry and I'm in a dire situation.

DebtBusters will not release my case to a different company because of a supposed amount outstanding. I tried to ask them for their banking details to pay this amount but they not only denied the requested information, they are now refusing to communicate with me at all.
My bank account remains frozen.
They didn't even inform all of my creditors of my situation.
And now I'm stuck and they have effectiviley taken measures to keep me this way.
DebtBusters will not release my case to a different company because of a supposed amount outstanding. I tried to ask them for their banking details to pay this amount but they not only denied the requested information, they are now refusing to communicate with me at all.
