Great Service from Nigel, EXTREMELY POOR service from the rest

Nigel Kambarami: You customer service is impeccable! Your transparency and patience and kindness and willingness to go the extra mile for your clients is a wonderful trait to have. This is a reflection as to how you are as a person, which you carry over to your daily job. I thank you for always taking my calls, for always assisting me ......even if my query is not related to your department. The managers and team leaders from the other departments have alot that they could learn from you. I do hope that you are moved into a more senior position as you are deserving of it. Unfortunately, after just returning from maternity leave, I have encountered empty promises with Sajidaah, one of the existing team leaders, who actually,as per the call log, refused to take my call yesterday. She ensured me that she would contact me during my maternity leave, should there be any problems with my account. My 17.3 form which was submitted to absa ,which was actually rejected.(I now have absa calling me from their vehicle finance departement)She did not inform me of this. Nor was the correct path followed. A proposal was supposed to be submitted to ABSA, which was not.. As per Tershin De Villiers at ABSA debt review department. Every time that I call Debt Busters and ask to speak to a manager, they are in a "meeting". I then, without notification, get transferred to another consultant. This is not on. There have been numerous times, prior to my maternity leave, when I have called through and asked to speak to a manager, who never gets back to me. This whole experience has left me agitated, frustrated and is not something I wish to deal with, whilst having a new born at home. Yesterday, I spoke to Paul Mphambani, and requested a withdrawel letter. Instead, I received a threatening suspension letters, stating that I have 10 days left to pay up any outstanding balances. I have not even received my first salary yet, after returning back to work from leave. No compassion, no empathy. After receiving the email, I contacted the offices this morning and asked Paul to put me through to Nigel , as I could feel my blood pressure rising. He refused to . I understand first time resolution with a client, but seriously?! If a client is THAT frustrated, put them through to who they need to speak to and who they feel comfortable with. Very bad etiquette. I would like to escalate this , as far as possible and would just like to speak to a person who can assist me with a calm manner, like Nigel. Nigel, thank you once again for YOUR outstanding service. You leave your colleagues with big shoes to fill.
