Great service from Lauren Damon of debt busters

Hi, I would like to express my appreciation to Lauren Damon of debt busters. After my complain here on helloPeter, she called me and handled all my queries. First it was the issue of the Edgards account which consumer friends claimed it was still owed whilst I had paid it. The matter was over 2 years old, with consumer friend even claiming that i was harassing them. This matter was resolved and i received my paid up letter. Then the second issue was the refund for the money which they were wrongfully debiting from my account. she also assisted me with that and kept me informed and updated weekly. Even when there was no response or anything from the other side, she would communicate that. I received my refund last week and I am so happy. And by the way I have completed my debt review process and received my clearance certificate. Thank you so much Lauren Damon
