Hi Team, The empathy I received and the consultant's understanding that Life happens and that its ok, lets look at how we can take control was what I was impressed with the most. I do think that a workflow or process should be built in though, to get hold of your advisor a lot easier, as I am sure they have a few clients in their name- this will create more transparency and clarity to a client.
