When Ian first responded to my enquiry way back in May this year my financial situation was dire and although i was wary at first, Ian handled the situation with utmost professionality and gave me the best advice. He then handed over to Arnold who negotiated the best rates for me saving a massive amount of interest. What a great feeling to be able to just breathe again! Then last but not least, Shani assisted me recently when my tax return was paid into the wrong bank account.
