Got Handed Over to Debt Collectors while in Debt Review with Debt Busters!

After paying Debt Busters since 2019, my home loan account with Standard Bank was handed over for non-payment because Debt Busters did not manage my payments to my home loan correctly and the Debt Review was canceled with Standard Bank. Since June 2023 the payments to Standrda Bank were being returned to Debt Busters and they never enquired to Standard Bank why the payments were not being accepted. I had to get on the phone with Standard Bank to find out why they weren't accepting the payments from Debt Busters. Isn't this why I was paying a monthly management fee to Debt Busters?

Standard Bank handed me over to debt collectors and now Debt Busters refuse to give me my credit clearance for my other accounts.

Debt Busters failed to manage the account with Standard Bank home loans to ensure the payments to Standard Bank were being made. I pay Debt Busters a monthly management fee to manage the payments to creditors which they did not do in this regard.

All my accounts are paid but Debt Busters is still asking for a payment even though I am now handling my own account with Standard Bank and they will not give me a credit clearance letter until my account with Standard Bank is up to date even though they are responsible for putting me in arrears with Standard Bank.

Rather go elsewhere for your Debt Counseling cause these guys don't actually manage your account when it matters.
