Good start, TERRIBLE ENDING

I am highly disappointed in debtbusters!!! We started off well, and then, all of a sudden there were miscommunication between them and one of our creditors, which added an extra 4 months to our 5 year period and then another 2 months! We wanted to get the process done and paid our last installment in early June..... Just to find out that another account popped up that was never on any statement??? So we had to pay an extra amount of R2250 to them to settle that account. Needless to say, A WEEK after paying the amount it still did not reflect in their account! I've emailed and send whatsapps and send messages on the chat channel sending the proof of payment..... Phoned time and time again and everyone just said they don't know they it doesnt reflect. I decided to phone hyphen this morning, and they ensured me that the amount was received and paid over to the creditor.....?? Still not reflecting on smartcents side?? I am frustrated as we NEED OUR CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE and just get on with our lives!! We've done our part.... Now we stuck in a situation that makes you wonder if you've put your trust in the right people??
