Good service turned bad when your circumstances changes

Have been with debt busters since August 2018 never had a problem with service and was good service until August 2021. My husband was retrenched i submitted all required documents of Retrenchment and app**** for insurance. 2 months later i have been on the phone trying to find out why our profile was never updated of change of circumstances. 2e now have lawyers phoning from creditors as debt busters never informed them that there is no income even though insurance has made payments to our creditors. I called and spoke to Nospiwe Time - 13:05 Date - 28 September 2021

And was told they will contact creditors and update change of circumstances and yet for the last 2 days we still getting calls and no update from debt busters since. Not happy with a service that was good while we were paying then changes when we unable to make our own payments after that.
