Good onboarding, but poor follow-through and lack of support
You can do better elsewhere—I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
The onboarding process is smooth and efficient, and everything appears to work well at the beginning. They did assist in issuing the necessary forms to my creditors during this stage. However, once you are committed, the service deteriorates significantly. The management of your affairs becomes slow, impersonal, and largely automated, with responses that rely on standardised statements rather than addressing the actual issue. What I experienced was a consistent pattern of doing the bare minimum required, without any real follow-through or meaningful support.
Some of the issues I experienced include: • Not all my accounts were included in the debt review process. I was later told this was my responsibility, despite being assured at the outset that they would assist with all my debt and having access to my creditors. • Debits were processed from my account on dates that were not agreed upon. When funds were not available as a result, I was held responsible. • One of my creditors terminated my agreement, and I was not informed. I only became aware of this through the legal firm acting on behalf of the creditor. • I contacted them regarding a change in my financial situation due to developments at my employer. They issued the required form to my creditors, but there was no follow-up or feedback thereafter, and I was subsequently handed over to their legal team for collection.
Overall, once you are signed up, the level of support drops significantly, communication is poor, and issues are not handled proactively.
