Good, friendly service

Both consultants I spoke to were timeous, courteous, friendly and helpful. I found their advice and understanding of my situation refreshing. Now I just hope the rest of the process is also subject to reviews, because I've heard a lot of not so nice things about them. I'm happy to give it a go, for now.
