Good customer service.

I would have given 5 stars but because of the lack of communication from the people handling my case, I give 4 stars. I must thank the call centre consultants though because they are very professional. As for the lady handling my case, i am absolutely disappointed because I have sent about 3 emails asking for assistance, all to no avail.
