Good Client Service from Paul Mphambani

I recently interacted with one of your Consultants by the name of Paul Mphambani. He displayed good professionalism in all out interactions. We had a challenge with one of the credit providers who was uncooperative and not willing to provide the required information on time in order to process further the clearance certificate. This matter frustrated me so much. Even at the point when I was about to explode with anger, Paul still kept his cool and was as professional as ever. He continued to work hard and made the necessary follow-ups with this service provider until the required information was provided. I eventually received my clearance certificate on Friday 22 January. I was impressed with Paul's high work ethics and professionalism. Keep up the good work Paul.
