Gerald Manomano - Great Staff

Since joining he has been the only one to reply to emails efficiently within a few minutes and call back as requested, I sent over 15 emails to different departments and never got a callback, was about to just let it go, also the only, there was one other staff that phoned who had nothing but bad news and negative suggestions, Gerald however suggested a positive outcome and to try is better than not doing nothing. Issue today was responded to and escalated within minutes.best service since Ive joined so far.
