Funds incorrectly distributed.
On the 16 of September 2025, I made a payment towards my debt review balance, which was intended to settle all outstanding balances. Unfortunately, it appears that some accounts were overpaid or fully settled, resulting in an imbalance in the distribution of funds.
I have been in contact with your team via email, requesting that the excess funds be refunded to the relevant creditors and app**** to the accounts that still have outstanding balances. However, I have not received a clear response or resolution to this issue, and the process is taking longer than expected.
As I am currently seeking employment opportunities, it is essential that I obtain a clearance certificate to remove my name from debt review and ensure a clear credit record. I kindly request that you expedite the resolution of this matter and provide a clear plan of action to rectify the situation.

29 Oct 2025, 15:49I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Debt Busters. Despite my efforts to settle my account and exit debt review, their incompetence has caused significant delays. They overpaid some of my creditors, and instead of acknowledging and rectifying their mistake, I was left to request refunds from the creditors myself.
When one creditor agreed to refund the overpayment directly to Debt Busters, they repeated their mistake, overpaying another account. This has led to further delays and frustration. I've had to negotiate settlement discounts with my creditors, only to have them lapse due to the refund delays.
I strongly regret recommending Debt Busters to others, as they have proven to be ************* with my finances. I've lost confidence in their ability to manage my debt review process. I will settle the remaining account myself and obtain a paid-up letter, as I no longer trust them to handle my funds.
