Frustrated Client

I am frustrated and irate, have not received feedback in three weeks. I have wasted so much money and time on my phone, whatsapp and e-mail. A simple instruction to cancel debit order was not done after i had receipt of an e-mail confirmation from them. Now money has been taken off my account, struggling to get my refund. I am stuck at home, broke with no money to buy anything for my children. I want this cancelled and my money back!
