Frustrated beyond words!!!!!!!

I have been with debtbusters since 2016 and after selling my car to settle a chunk of my accounts, I am left livid with the lack of clarity on outstanding balances on 2 accounts. Your smartcents system, hyphen system as well as staff have no cooking clue as to what is going on!!!!!!!!! 3 months ago, I was told my process would end in November, then it changed to October then September. Now that I have queried my last installment date yet again, I am told that my end date has been moved to October instead of September (as communicated on hyphen system and per Debtbusters emails). From where I stand, you guys are dishonest, and have chosen to keep people in the dark and on this debt review process with no actual end in site. People are being prejudiced based on Debtbusters moving the goalpost constantly. I am tired of leaving messages for people to call me back, being put on hold, no one being available etc. It's time you guys start behaving like the amazing company that you claim to be. Allow people to get out of their debt and put their minds and peace. Allow people to move on ****it, without any surprises.
