First impressions count. But so does consistency.

<div>Initially it was fantastic. +++++ was kind and warm and made me feel at ease. Then on to +++++ who handles the negotiations part (but lacked ++++'s people skills). And I don't believe I was advised that I wouldn't stay with ++++ throughout the process. The final monthly amount payable ended up being R400 more than I was told at the beginning. Since negotiations have been finalised I haven't received replies to any of my emails to either ladies. I do feel a bit abandoned and unsure now.</div>
